General and return conditions

The owner of the webshop www.e4disain.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is Iluehe OÜ (registration code 14642937).

The sales contract's validity, commodity, and price information

General and refund conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Webshop. The prices of the products sold in the Webshop are indicated next to the products. The price is added to the cost of delivering the goods. The cost of delivering the goods depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided in the Webshop directly next to the goods.

Order placement

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable method for delivering the products. Then, the amount of the fee will be displayed on the screen. After confirming the order, an order confirmation is sent to the buyer by email. The contract takes effect from the receipt of the amount payable to the Webshop's settlement account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money (including the cost of delivering the goods) will be returned immediately but no later than 14 days from sending the notice.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: European Union, United States. The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 10-25 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver goods up to 45 calendar days is reserved.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way that is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or if there are signs of use or wear, the Webshop has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, submit a withdrawal statement from the purchase of the goods and send it to the email address info@e4disain.ee no later than 14 days from receiving the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except when the reason for returning is due to the fact that the returned item does not correspond to the ordered one (e.g., wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period. The Webshop will immediately return all fees received from the buyer based on the contract upon receiving the returned goods, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The Webshop may refuse to make refunds until the item which is the subject of the contract is received back or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the item, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Webshop, the Webshop does not need to reimburse the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method. The Webshop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Webshop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right to lodge a complaint

The Webshop is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of handing over the item and becomes apparent within two weeks from handing over the goods to the buyer. It is assumed within the first week of handing over the item to the buyer that the defect was present at the time of handing over. It is the obligation of the Webshop to refute this presumption. The buyer has the right to turn to the Webshop within a week from the emergence of the defect by sending an email to info@e4disain.ee or calling +372 5056550. The Webshop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after handing over the goods to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is responsible, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer. The Webshop responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Webshop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Webshop transmits personal data to shipping companies to deliver the goods. The Webshop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
